materials to submit
- Investment
application form signed by the legal
representative of the investor and sealed by the
corporation.
- The legal start
business certificate (copy).
- Certificate of legal
representative of the investor. (Original one,
i.e.legal represent certificate of the mother
corporation), as well as copy of identity
certificate.
- Certificate of
financial standing provided by the finanical
organizations which do business with the
investor. (The original certificate and its
Chinese translation).
- Letter of
appointment, i.e. the documents of the members of
the new corporation board and its legal
representative appointed by the legal
representative of the mother corporation (The
original in duplicate).
- The copies of the
identity certificate of the members of the board.
- The enterprise
constitution (Joint-venture enterprise must
submit the joint-venture contract).
- Certificate of land
utilization for establishing new corporation (The
original).
