5. Support and encourage Fuzhou Free Trade Zone develop trading to Taiwan, make full use of the surpirioty of Fujian to Taiwan, positively great both banks direct nevigation. 6. Support and encourage to set up free trade productive material market or import and export commodities exhibition trade center in free trade zone, to connect international and domestic markets, for providing domestic and foreign travelling trade the newest information of commodities of China and the world, and providing the fastest trading service. To those for condition limit in the zone or other special condition, after approving , may allow exhibiting commodities in the Zone temporarily moved out to exhibit in place which accords with customs supervising condition.

7. In order to make full use of the link and move superiority of ports and Zone, to convenience the container goods enter Zone and move out, allow to set up international container goods distribution station in free trade Zone, all the container goods of free trade Zone unloaded from Fuzhou new port area may be transported to container stack fields using special transpotation vehicles and through assigned route, to speed up customs clearance of import and export goods between Zone and ports.
